Awards Banquet

The Awards Banquet will be held on Saturday evening at Olympia Resort, following a cash bar social hour.  We will be having a plated dinner, with three choices of entrees, varying in price from $35-$50 depending on the type of entree chosen. Salad, dessert, coffee/tea included.

PLEASE NOTE: The Paypal Button will be turned OFF for pre-purchase of your banquet meals on April 1, 2015. If you have still not paid for your entree after that, you may pay via cash or check given to the Banquet Chair, Scot Northern AT THE NATIONAL up until the evening of April 22 (Wednesday). After that, no more reservations can be taken.

Starter:

Field Greens with Strawberries, Goat Cheese and Candied Pecans

Dressed with Strawberry Balsamic Vinaigrette

 

Entrée Selections:

All entrees include seasonal vegetables and dinner rolls

Grilled chicken breast reserved on risotto, accented with a red raspberry coulis

 

Porcini Dusted Beef Tenderloin$48

Slow roasted whole, sliced tenderloin served with

wild mushroom demi-glace on Yukon gold mashed potatoes

 

Vegetable Napoleon (vegan)$37

Grilled Eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, red onion and

tomato served with wild rice

 

Dessert Station:

An assortment of mini desserts including fruit tartlets, cheesecakes and pastries
